近日，由河北省冶金燃氣工業爐產業技術研究院與北京科技大學聯合研發的多區域分布式電加熱步進爐已成功投入使用。此步進爐是國內首臺能高效加熱難熔合金大坯料，并實現精準控氧的先進設備，標志著我國在合金大坯料無氧化均勻加熱領域取得了重大突破。該技術的成功應用，不僅推動了軋鋼加熱爐的零碳轉型，更在控溫精度和爐溫均勻性方面達到了國際領先水平。
