專利摘要顯示，本發明公開了一種多用途熱卷熱處理設備，包括沿帶鋼的運行方向依次設置的開卷機、熱處理爐、冷卻裝置和卷取機；所述開卷機的上料輥道、小車上設有熱卷保溫罩，用于等待位置的熱卷進行保溫，減少熱卷的熱量損失。本發明將熱軋產線卷取后的熱卷，高溫狀態下再次開卷，進行退火、回火或者組織配分熱處理，充分利用熱卷余熱，減少再次加熱所需的熱量，同時達到改善熱卷性能均勻性、降低強度、減少殘余應力，以及開發新產品的目的。
