Norican Group, one of the world’s leading providers of technology and services for metallic parts enhancement through DISA and Wheelabrator Group, has completed the acquisition of the Light Metal Casting Solutions Group (LMCS). The transaction was announced on 21st February 2017. LMCS, together with its subsidiaries, is a leading group of companies, comprising StrikoWestofen, Italpresse and Gauss, focused on the non-ferrous, light metal casting industry.
