According to the report, the United States initially determined that Vietnam attempted to escape anti-dumping duties and countervailing duties by using cold rolled sheets and corrosion resistant steel products produced in China.
Therefore, the United States Department of Commerce indicated the United States Customs and Border to suspend importing cold rolled sheets and corrosion-resistant steels from Vietnam, which used the raw material of hot rolled plates from China.
Currently, the United States levied the anti-dumping duty and the countervailing duty by 199.76% and 256.44% for Chinese cold rolled sheets manufacturers and exporters.
In the meanwhile, the United States also levied the anti-dumping duty and the countervailing duty by 199.43% and 39.05% for Chinese corrosion resistant steel products.
