Yieh Phui, the largest
coated steel producer in Taiwan is mulling to raise its export prices by
US$10~US$20/ton for next January since most of the US steelmakers have hiked
prices recently.
The company stated that some of its customers in the US
have accepted its slight price rise for December.
Therefore, Yieh Phui
will try to hike its January export price again on different customers.
However, Sysco, another coating steel mill in Taiwan said that the
company will keep its prices flat for next January.
