According to the Customs of Ministry of Finance in Japan reported, Japan''s stainless steel scarp exports quantity totaled 11,881 tons in June, 2017, decreased by 5.7% compared with May.
The average monthly price was JPY96,162/ton for June, decreased by 10.1% from May. The main reason was the export quantity to South Korea, China and some countries with high unit price reduced sharply.
Japan''s stainless steel scrap exports to Malaysia and India rose, but those to Taiwan and Thailand decreased.
