United States domestic hot-dipped galvanized market demand remained sluggish, as buyers hesitated to make significant purchasing orders. Brazil and India steel makers said the United States buyers orders are declining.
According to the United States Department of Commerce data, in August United States hot-dipped galvanized steel sheet and strip imports were 224,531 tons (license), down by 12% compared to the same period of last year.
