A Mumbai, trader said that hot-rolled coil prices have reached lowest level, dealers believed market has become optimistic. In addition, most dealers also think that after the recent pullback, the orders from end users have improved.
Market participants said that anti-dumping duties on imports of hot rolled coils which alternative instead of minimum import price (MIP), expected more favor to stabilize market prices, because the minimum import price is considered to be a temporary measure, used during times of uncertainty.
