According to the report, the United States Department of Commerce (USDOC) considered that the large diameter welded tube imported from Canada, Greece, South Korea and Turkey have dumping actions. The dumping range on Canada, Greece, South Korea and Turkey was 12.32%, 9.96%, 7.03-20.39%, 4.55-5.05% respectively.
Meanwhile, the countervailing rate on South Korean and Turkish steel products was 0.01-27.42% and 0.92-3.72% respectively.
The United States International Trade Commission (USITC) expected to review the final decision on April 5th and levy the anti-dumping duty and countervailing duty on the above products if the damage was determined.
